My little brother delicately pointed out that I haven't done a blog post for a while. This is true and I understand if this is it for you for reading my blog, I appreciate your effort and shall remember our time together fondly...
Now for all you other dedicated bunch! I am still in America! Result! Not been fired nor has my pizza obsession made me unable to function in normal society. I'm still happy! This should please you greatly. I have been gutted that I've been away while people have celebrated birthdays, reunions and graduations and so forth but I hope you understand that it's not for lack of desire to be there, it's the ocean that separates us, the fact that i'm saving up my money for travels and my diminishing fear of heights which are the only things that prevent me from returning to you!
Righto so let's get you bad boys up to date. I've been able to cross some things off my 'to do in life list',
1. I've been on a proper Rollercoaster.
2. I've vomited on a proper Rollercoaster.
3. Survived over a month without a computer games console.
4. Learnt how to Dougie (Nearly all kids from the 'Ghetto' compliment my Dougie')
5. Swam in a river next to a waterfall whilst in the middle of a storm with lightning and everything.
So I've been busy! Hope you are all doing lovely! As the title says the sun has destroyed my beautiful light brown hair, so I've now turned into a dirty blonde on the top of my head! I know that the summer at home is not turning out to be great but sometimes there is too much sun!
We had a prom as well here for the staff where we all put on nice clothes and had a nicer meal than usual, followed by a night of dancing. And drinking. Lots and lots of drinking. It was fun.
I got a card today from home and I can honestly say it made my day! It had five dollars inside and can brighten peoples day here with news from home! So if any of you want to send anything feel free (Tim Brown, PO Box 737, Kent, CT, 06757, USA)... Just saying.
We've now moved into camp season here so it's all very exciting! Different types of kids but I'm still enjoying working with them!
I miss you all dearly and I'll try to update this again sooner.
P.S. Pete you are dead to me for leaving.
